After accepting the post, Janice said: "In my present role with the Western Trust I manage Continence Services throughout the Trust with two teams, who provide a service to the population across the Western Trust area.

"The Continence staff are committed to providing advice, support and aids to people with bladder and bowel problems, which in the past has been difficult for some people to bring to the fro. I look forward to applying the cumulative experience achieved through my work as Clinical Lead for Continence service in the Western Trust and welcome the opportunity to share good practice and take forward any developments or learning which arise through the National organisation link."
