Sharing the pupils' success and commenting on the school's continuing high levels of achievement Principal Rodney Scott said: "I admire and congratulate our young people and pay tribute to my staff for their earnest and first class efforts. Thanks also to parents for their support. I believe the Ballymoney community is well served by all its schools, including the High School. These results highlight our ability to succeed in the established national qualification of GCSE.

"The breadth and standard of education we provide is high quality and offers successful learning to young people of all abilities who attend the school. A comprehensive range of academic, practical and vocational subjects are delivered at GCSE level by a dedicated and experienced staff. We work hard each year to sustain and develop this provision. Our record of examination success is clearly established and proven this year again. We have demonstrated ourselves to be a most suitable and successful non-selective school.

"Chiefly this provision and performance is for the good of our young people and we are determined to maintain our standards for current and future pupil groups at the school. I wish all our leavers God's blessing and continuing success. Remain positive and proud in what you have achieved in Ballymoney High and in your future studies, careers and lives."
