Primary Stem Challenge for Model school
STAFF were most proud when the Ballymoney Model CIPS Team made up of Joel, Paris and Kathryn gained second place at this event at Antrim Board Centre.
This was a impressive achievement as the PE hall was filled with a large number of teams from other schools within the NEELB.
Following the success of the team the school decided to hold a Year 7 Technology Challenge Day for all the P7s.
Their challenge was to build the tallest structure possible that would support a weight of 250 grams for a minimum of 30 seconds.
Great fun was had by all.
