Prize raffle and fundraising in aid of PIPS at Magee Dental

A special fundraising event is being held in Lurgan this Thursday and Friday to raise cash for PIPS Upper '¨Bann.

Organised by Magee Dental Care, visitors can have a cup of tea or coffee, get a free lung function test or have a mouth cancer exam.

You can also get a weight and blood pressure check as well as enjoy a cooking demonstration by the Lean Supper Club.

Tickets will be on sale for a vast array of prizes donated by businesses in the William St, North St and Church Place areas.

There are gift vouchers for holidays, teeth whitening, hair dressers, drinks and much much more.

First prize is Professional Teeth Whitening, courtesy of Magee Dental Care which usually costs £250.

There are travel vouchers from Clubworld in the raffle and a gift voucher for the Railway Bar restaurant. Also there is a hamper of fresh fruit and vegetables from Henderson, clothes, and a rug all up for grabs for lucky winners. Also a bouquet of flowers from Luka Blooms. Plus gift vouchers from Radiance, the Ashburn, Flick, Ciaran O’Neill photography, Cafe Vibe, Orlaith Brady, Katrina Maguire, Shear Experience and Marks and Spencers to name but a 
few.

All funds will go towards PIPS Upper Bann which provides invaluable support, advice and counselling.

PIPS was started in 2007 by people who had been affected by suicide. PIPS aims to save lives, create awareness and understanding of suicide and self harm and to provide support.
