Problem junction
RESIDENTS are calling for the redesigning of the Ballymacbredan Road junction due to its state of disrepair.
Sinn Fein MLA John O’Dowd visited the road in Magheralin after residents highlighted the extent of the problem and to examine the serious traffic safety issues at the road junction between the Ballymacbredan Road and the main Belfast Road.
Mr O’Dowd said: “The speed and volume of traffic travelling along the Belfast Road in both directions, creates a hazardous situation for those trying to exit and enter the Ballymacbredan Road.”
