£10,000machinery haul stolen from lorry

POLICEin Coleraine are investigating the theft of several pieces of machinery - valued at well over £10,000 - from a lorry parked on the Ballyrashane Road in the town.

The theft is believed to have happened during the night of Friday, May 31 and the early hours of Monday, June 3.

The items thought to have been stolen include a Honda Red Generator 240v 110 v; aYellow Rock Hammer Atlas Copo; Cat & Jenny Black Cable tracers; Belle Orange and Black Road saws; Orange and white Stihl saw ; a yellow core drill Atlas cop and a drill bit; an Hitachi green impact rattle gun which is in a black case and a Sealey box of impact sockets and larger box of Sealey sockets

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have been in the area at the time and noticed any suspicious activity.
