"We are delighted that this project has been given the go ahead. Not only is this good news for Housing Executive tenants but also for our own business and our workforce during this very difficult time for the construction industry.

We continually endeavour to ensure that tenants and their families face as little disruption as possible during the works, and our Customer Services Manager is available at all times to reassure tenants and deal with any queries or special circumstances."

Local Housing Executive District Manager, Eddie Doherty, is pleased to see the project underway and said:

"This project is part of our commitment to rural communities. Good rural housing helps build rural communities and contributes to rural sustainability.
