£3,000 for new canopy at Mill

NEWTOWNABBEY Council is set to spend up to £3,000 on upgrading the front entrance at Mossley Mill.

A report tabled at the May meeting of the authority’s Development Committee stated the canopy “needs to be cleaned and repainted”.

Members of the committee backed the proposal which suggested the glass canopy be reset to a new pitch to improve water “run off”.
