£3.2m for Fort George

SOCIAL Development Minister Alex Attwood has secured £3.2 million from the Ministry of Defence (MoD) toward the decontamination costs for Fort George in Londonderry.

Decontamination work is expected to begin in the middle of 2011 and is expected to complete by June 2012.
