£3m spent on one private firm
THE Western Trust spent £3m on one private health firm over the past three years.
Health Minister Edwin Poots revealed a total of £3,044,914 was spent on contracts with the 3fivetwo health care firm between 2008 and 2011.
The Minister provided the information in response to an Assembly Question. The expenditure incurred by the Western Trust for 3fivetwo healthcare was the lowest in Northern Ireland. Across the province £44,432,127 went to the private firm over the three years.
