£7,500 raised in church auction
AN AMAZING £7,500 was raised for Raloo Presbyterian Church building fund at an auction held in the church hall.
The commitment of everyone involved from the organising of the lots to the catering paid off and the fundraising committee wish to thank everyone who donated items for the sale.
In particular they wish to express their appreciation for the livestock from local farmers and the following local businesses: P&O Ferries, Dairyside Stores Gleno, W R Kennedy Oil, Jacksons Butchers’ Ballynure, Ross Park Hotel, Lisburn Leisureplex, Clarion Hotel Carrickfergus, Newtownabbey Borough Council, Antrim Estates / Glenarm Castle and Blue Chicago Grill.
