£7m funding boost

ORGANISATIONS in Londonderry have benefited from part of a £7million Neighbourhood Renewal funding roll-out in the past year.

The 7million funding delivered by the Department's North West Development Office, since 1 April 2009, was the highest level awarded since the programme was introduced in 2004.

It has helped local organisations provide key services to some of the area's most deprived communities.
