PSNI in crackdown on alcohol abuse
A drive to tackle excessive drinking in the Craigavon area is to be launched this week by the PSNI with officers visiting local pubs.
Superintendent Jason Murphy, PSNI, E District, explained over the next week there will be a highly visible police presence and licensing officers will be visiting licensed premises to conduct checks. Alcohol bye laws will be actively enforced.
