PSNI investigate death

Police in Lisburn say they will continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a man at an address in Hill Street, in Lisburn on Tuesday.

Detective Inspector Harry Colgan said that enquiries were still ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding the death and a post mortem examination will be carried out today (Thursday).

He said that at this time the death was not being treated as suspicious and the police will await the outcome of the post mortem examination.

Police were called at the scene of the sudden death of a man at a house at Hill Street, at around 5.45pm on Tuesday, June 14.

There are no further details at present.
