PSNI investigate suspicious approach

Police at Strand Road are investigating a suspicious approach to two boys in the Strathfoyle area.

It occurred at about 6.15pm on Tuesday when the boys, who are aged 11 and 10, were walking at Claragh Crescent.

Constable Stewart, the investigating officer, said the boys were approached by a man they described as being in his 60s and who talked to them about football. He had grey hair, and was wearing blue jeans, a grey polo shirt, and tinted glasses.
