PSNI say ‘distraught’ NI family want help to find missing parrot

Though more used to missing persons than parrots, the PSNI issued an appeal to help find the beloved pet.

In a Facebook post, PSNI Craigavon said: “Folks, not the usual Missing Person report we ask for your help with.

“This cute little fella has taken flight in the Tandragee area and has yet to return home.

“We have a family who are completely distraught at the loss of this little guy and would very much like this cute face back home where he belongs.

“If you see him or know where he is please get in touch with us via Facebook and we can pass on any messages to the family.

“Hopefully with your help we can have them all reunited safely.”
