Psychic returns to Forum

ON MAY 18, renowned Psychic Medium, Tony Stockwell returns to the Millennium Forum to bring messages of comfort to those who need to hear and understand that a friend or loved one still exists.

After 20 years working as a medium, Tony Stockwell has constantly striven to improve his game and push the boundaries of his communication with those who have passed to the other side. In that time he has had many television programmes, taught at some respected schools for mediumistic development as well as setting up his own training school for developing mediums.

Tony uses his extraordinary paranormal abilities to communicate amazingly accurate messages. He uses his natural wit, showmanship and Cockney charisma to entertainment but more important, Mediumship has the potential to change someone’s life and instil in them a sense of peace, comfort and purpose.

As a child Tony knew he was different from other children. From an early age he was aware of seeing people before him that others could not see. When he was 16-years-old he was invited by a friend to attend a local spiritualist church and from the minute he set foot inside the door he knew that this was what he wanted to do with his life.

Speaking to the Sentinel Tony said: “This will be the third time I have demonstrated in Londonderry. I remember clearly giving a message to a mother whose son was shot. There were a lot of questions surrounding how and why he died that I was able to assist her with.

“Although I saw the incident clairvoyantly and in graphic detail, there were some details I chose not to share with her but I know I gave sufficient detail-time, date and place and what he was wearing at the time of the shooting to prove to her that her son was with us on that evening.”

The medium also said that he always regards his ability as a blessing. “It’s sometimes hard to explain but once you have had your own connection with spirit its so real and so life changing that you never consider it a curse. Like anyone else in life, I have days that I enjoy more than others but I never doubt the work I do as I would see this as an insult to the spirit world. I see my work as a partnership between them and me and something I feel really privileged to be able to do,” he said.

Tony Stockwell’s show begins at 8pm on May 18 at the Millennium Forum. Tickets are priced at 20. Please call the Millennium Forum Box Office on 02871264455.
