Public benefit and registration guidance consultation

The Charity Commission for Northern Ireland has opened a consultation into its Public benefit statutory guidance and Registering as a charity in Northern Ireland: to provide an opportunity for anyone involved, or interested, in the work of charities to help shape the guidance.

The consultation will run from Monday 4th February to Monday 6th May 2013. They hope that everyone within the charity sector, the public sector, the general public and other stakeholders will engage and contribute. The Commission wants you to share your views on the guidance, to

ask questions and find out more about the public benefit and registration requirements for

charities.
