PUP congratulate band on parade
The Lurgan branch of the PUP congratulated the officers and members of Upper Bann Fusiliers Flute Band who organised what was a truly magnificent parade and competition held in Lurgan on Saturday evening.
Lexi Davidson said: “On a night when the weather was against them, credit must go to the band who brought a massive array of talented marching bands into the town. We understand that a parade of this stature can only be achieved through hard work and dedication by the host band and its members.
“UBFFB were rewarded for their endeavours by the vast numbers of bands and spectators enjoying what is a very important part of our loyalist culture.”
