Pupils celebrate European links

Twenty eight pupils from Limburg, Germany, with teachers Stephanie Reitz and Arne Lutkefedder spent the day at Banbridge High School recently as part of their visit to Northern Ireland celebrating similarities and differences in culture.
Twenty eight pupils from Limburg, Germany, with teachers Stephanie Reitz and Arne Lutkefedder spent the day at Banbridge High School as part of their visit to N Ireland celebrating similarities and differences in culture. There are strong links between the two schools through European Studies and this is hoped to be strengthened through a reciprocal visit.
Pupils took part in language workshops with provided by Mrs Denver Head of French and Mrs Reitz.
 Mrs Heyburn Head of Home Economics provided opportunities for pupils to work together making traditional soda bread and pancakes t and to sample their efforts.
