Pupils enjoy cross cultural programme

PUPILS from Ballymoney Model C.I.P.S and St. Brigid’s Primary School participated in a cross cultural programme delivered by the All Set Project.

Facilitators-Artists, Mary Fox and Ian Carmichael led the pupils through the programme of dance and song.

A final performance took place on Tuesday 19th March at Ballymoney Model and was attended by families attached to both schools. The pupils learned about the old dances which have similarities in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

They gained new skills in dance and song within a short period and also were enable to become familiar with each other.

The parents experienced a great performance from the pupils and also took part in the dancing alongside their children. The atmosphere was lively when the adults took to the floor!
