Queen’s Birthday Honours for locals
A former Mayor of Ballymoney and a co-founder of a local Peace Group have been recognised in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List.
Armoy Road Races stalwart Bill Kennedy receives the MBE for services to local government and motorcycle road racing while Causeway Coast Peace Group’s Carol Anderson receives the British Empire Medal for services to peace and reconciliation in Bushmils and Moyle.
