Quigley firm to transform old café
THE Inner City Preservation Trust - managed and directed by former Mayor Helen Quigley - has applied to turn a former café in Londonderry city centre into a retail space.
The ground floor of 31-33 Shipquay Street will be used as a retail space. The upper floors will be used as an office space. A passenger lift will also be installed.
