The owner of property in Glasgow Terrace in Rosemount was rapped over a ruinous and dilapidated building under the Pollution Control and Local Government (NI) Order 1978.
Elsewhere four fixed penalty notices were served under the Smoking (NI) Order 2006 for smoking in a smoke-free place.
