Re-opening
A FIRE-damaged waste transfer handling facility operated by Ballymoney Borough Council is hoped to be operational again by mid-July, councillors were told.
A Council official emphasised that to properly meet the need to have the operation under cover that an extension to the facility is essential and that this work ought to be prioritised in the next budget round.
