Recycling talk for Probus
FOR their October meeting Portballintrae Probus Club enjoyed a most enlightening presentation on the need for recycling and the environmental effect of waste.
As new recycling techniques are developed more and more items are now acceptable for deposit in your blue bin.
Coleraine Borough Council Waste and Recycling Officer, Fiona Watters also encouraged members to recycle those goods, which still have life in them through the many charity shops on our high streets.
After a lively question session the President asked James Mcllea to propose a vote of thanks to Fiona.
