Remembrance Day in Donemana
The annual Remembrance Day parade and church service in Donemana takes place on Sunday.
Those groups for former Service personal taking part should assemble at Allen Park at 2pm for 2.15pm inspection and the parade will move off at 2.40pm along Allen Park, into Main Street to Donemana Presbyterian Church for 3pm with a collection in aid of the Poppy Appeal. After the church service the parade will reform and parade the town to Churchview for organised dispersal.
Refreshments will be served at Donemana Church Hall. Strabane branch RBL is encouraging all Ex-service personnel and organisations in the District to participate.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them.
