Remembrance service

A SPECIAL service to give thanks for and remember babies and children who have died is being hosted by Craigavon Area Hospital on Sunday, April 25 at 3pm in the Lecture Theatre, Medical Education Centre.

The head of Midwifery and Gynaecology Services for the Southern Health and Social Care Trust, Patricia McStay, said: “We warmly invite anyone who has lost a baby or child, their family and friend to this service where we will reflect and remember them.”

Those wishing to attend may want to bring a flower, as the service includes a floral tribute to the children’s memories, as well as Books of Remembrance being on display.
