Report praises high standard of 3G pitches in Magherafelt

The 3G synthetic pitches at Meadowbank Sports Arena in Magherafelt have been certified in an independent report as being of the highest standard for rugby, soccer and Gaelic football in Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic.

Members of the local Council were told that it was was “quite an accolade” for the pitches which were opened in April of this year.

Meadowbank Arena is currently the largest of its kind in Europe
