Rescued seals back in ocean

Exploris Aquarium along with support from DAERA and the Conservation Team at the Coastal Zone in Portrush released two rescued seals '“ Albert and Hans '“ yesterday at Ballintoy Harbour.

Rescued seals Hans and Albert were realeased by Exploris at Ballintoy Harbour on Wednesday morning, Brendan Moreland, Amy Robinson and Ellen White from Exploris released the animals with help from local school Children and Joe Breen Marine Conservation Officer. The animals had been rescued back in July and August, were carried into the water at low tide to give them the best start to their new life in the wild.
