Restaurant plan for the Clothworkers Building
A PLANNING application to convert one of Coleraine’s most famous buildings into a restaurant has been approved.
The proposal by Altaskin Ltd to convert the historic Clothworkers building in Waterside will see the demolition and replacement of existing rear extension and replacement with a new five storey extension to provide cafe, restaurant, retailing, offcies, leisure, two appartments and basement car parking.
