Resurfacing work on the way for Crebilly Road

Ballymena Alderman Martin Clarke has revealed that resurfacing work is to be carried out on a stretch of the Crebilly Road next year.

The area which he says is to be treated runs from the motorway flyover to the Kennelbridge Road at Crebilly and he expressed the hope that the scheme would get underway at the end of January, 2015.

“This road is in a terrible state of repair. It has been dug up and patched many times but it has not been resurfaced for a very long time,” said Alderman Clarke.

“I would praise Transport Northern Ireland for finding the finance to carry out this work at this time of budget cuts,” he added.
