Revised Culmore plans submitted
Bayfield Development Limited. has submitted revised site plans for a new housing and sports development in Culmore.
Planners received the new plans within the past fortnight.
The full development is for 46 dwellings, a changing facility, 11 a-side football pitch and children’s play area at the junction of the Alder and Culmore Roads.
