Risk of flooding on Mid-Ulster’s roads
A severe weather warning for heavy thundery rain across Mid Ulster is in place for the rest of the day with the risk of flooding.
The Met office say there will be a drier interlude later but further heavy showers are expected into the evening.
“Following heavy overnight rainfall in places, the public should be aware that some minor flooding impacts may occur locally, chiefly affecting road travel,” it warns.
