The incident was reported to NIAS shortly after 8.30am on Tuesday.
Fire and Rescue teams recovered his remains.
Police have been to the scene and do not at this stage believe there are any suspicious circumstances.
The man not been identified yet and the circumstances leading to his death are unknown.
