Riverside park events

BALLYMONEY Council has agreed to events being held at Riverside Park in the town.

One such event is for Cancer Research UK - Ballymoney Local Committee Fun Run/Walk on Friday the 25th May 2012 from 7.30pm.

And Ballymoney Gospel Hall also requested Open Air Gospel Services (7.00 to 7.30 pm) on Friday 8th June 2012 at the ‘pond’ car park and Monday 11th June 2012 at the Bravallen Road car park.

It was recommended that these were approved. The proposal was put forward by Councillor Robert Halliday, seconded by Councillor Jason Atkinson and it agreed that Council grant the use of Riverside Park to both Cancer Research Uk-Ballymoney Local Committee and Ballymoney Gospel Hall.
