Riverside Retail Centre on the market
British Land. a London-based investment company have announced that they are to sell part of the Riverside Retail Park in Coleraine.
Three major retail sites including phase one of Riverside in Coleraine and Lisnagelvin Shopping Centre in Londonderry have gone on the market.
The listed firm has appointed commercial property agents Savills to sell the retail sites.
It’s understood British Land, which deals in commercial property across the globe, is trying to free up some of its smaller land assets.
