Ross meets with head of the NCA
East Antrim MLA Alastair Ross met with the new Director General of the National Crime Agency Lynne Owens this week.
The DUP Assemblyman, who is Chairman of the Justice Committee, tabled the motion in the Assembly that extended the remit of the NCA to Northern Ireland.
After the meeting he said: “As we move forward there needs to be an increased focus on cross border criminality whether that be in human trafficking, drug trafficking, fuel laundering or organised crime.”
