Rotarians help others with hampers

Most local primary and post primary schools were involved in the collection of non-perisable food items and Rotarians added some luxury items from their own funds and through the generosity of Ashgrove Furniture.

The hamper boxes were kindly donated by Moy Park.

A Club spokesperson said: “All the pupils and their parents deserve great credit for their generosity, which still is there in spite of the difficult economic circumstances.

“Hopefully, these efforts will help so many deserving people including those living in hostels in Ballymena area as well as the many women helped by Women’s Aid.”
