Rotary Club welcomes special guest

President Leonard Sproule was delighted to welcome Cork man Declan Tyner, Rotary District Governor of all Ireland, to the borough.

Also in attendance at the meeting was Clifford Arnold, President of the Rotary Club of Belfast Fortwilliam.
