Row, row, row your boat in Lurgan Park this weekend

MAY Bank Holiday weekend sees the return of the ever popular rowing boats in Lurgan Park for another fun-filled season.

On Sunday and Monday, May 2 and 3, the rowing boats will be launched on the lake for the first time this year.

The boats will be available to hire from 2pm to 5pm and each holds up to four people.

Sessions will last between 20 minutes and 30 minutes and life jackets will be provided. Cost is 2 per person.

Leanne McShane, Lurgan Park Development Officer, said; "The rowing boats are great fun for all the family and offer an excellent opportunity to enjoy the lake with a gentle afternoon row and the beautiful surroundings of Lurgan Park. ”
