Detailing the incident, a PSNI spokesperson said: “Police received a report of a one vehicle RTC on the Upper Hightown Road, just after 11:05am on Thursday, November 17. There are no reports of any serious injuries, though it is believed that the RTC is causing traffic congestion at this time.”
