Sainsbury’s Coleraine raise over £12,000 for charities

Sainsbury’s Coleraine have made a donation from their reusable 5p bags to help local charities.

The store has supported Coleraine Community Rescue Service and Coleraine Samaritans.

Raymond Pollock also received a cheque on behalf of Northern Ireland Children to Lapland Trust which was from three Sainsbury’s stores.

Altogether the three charities received a total of £12,318.91 which will make such a difference for so many people.

The charities which received donations had been a nominated “charity of the year” for a Sainsbury’s store within the past 2 years.

Hazel from Sainsbury’s would like to thank all the store’s customers and colleagues for their continuous support in helping with local charities.
