Samaritans thank local quiz teams

All proceeds - £470.50 - went to the local Ballymena Samaritans to continue to help provide a life saving service.

Samaritan funding comes from individuals, trusts and companies without whom Samaritans would not be able to carry on providing emotional support and an emotional health promotion service.

A big thank you goes to all those who attended the evening and supported the event in any way including those who donated prizes.

A special thanks has been extended to all staff at The Front Page Bar for providing refreshments on the evening and especially to Stephen and Laura who acted as question master and score keeper.

Anyone in distress can contact Samaritans at any time of the day or night. Samaritans are contacted every seven seconds, by people from all backgrounds and ages looking for emotional support.
