Santa’s Pony Ride
Ballycastle & Rural Riding club are holding their first charity event - Santa’s Pony Parade - on Sunday 15 December in aid of the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
The organisers hope it will be a fun, festive spectacle. Horses and riders haved been encouraged to come as Santa/Reindeer combos, but word has it there will be a few dressed as Christmas trees, too. Spectators are welcome to have their photos taken with the ‘reindeer’ and our Santa-on-the-ground will be distributing sweeties in the Diamond and at the seafront.
The event will leave the Sheskburn car park at 12 noon with a collection being taken up in the Diamond at 12.30pm and at the seafront at 1.30pm.
