Sarah Jane goes over the top for local baby charity

Lower sixth student from Friends School Lisburn, Sarah Jane Clement, has joined a dare devil team of abseilers who will be abseiling down the front of Belfast’s Europa Hotel in aid of local premature and sick baby charity, TinyLife.

Sarah Jane, 16 says that her main inspiration for taking part in the charity event is that she was born prematurely in the Jubilee Maternity Belfast City Hospital at 29 weeks, weighing 2lb.

Sarah Jane will abseil 120ft from the rooftop of the Europa Hotel in Belfast on Sunday April 19 for TinyLife.

The entry fee is £30 and each participant is asked to raise a minimum of £100 sponsorship.

To join Sarah Jane, participants can register online at www.abseil2015.eventbrite.co.uk or call Kelly 9081 5050.
