Scrap metal thieves strip roof of Londonderry restaurant
SCRAP metal thieves have stripped the roof of a Spencer Road restaurant of lead.
Police in Londonderry are appealing for information following the theft from the commercial premises in the Waterside.
Sometime over last weekend from Friday, October 5 until Monday, October 8, lead was stripped from the roof of the restaurant on Spencer Road.
The theft caused damage to the property. Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed this theft or has any information to contact Police on 0845 600 8000 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
