Second alert of the day at Lake Street in Lurgan
Police are dealing with a second security alert in Lurgan today (Sunday, January 24), after an earlier alert was called off.
They are again investigating a report of an explosive device having been left near the train line at Lake Street.
The train line has been closed and there are no further details at present.
The alert follows an earlier alert sparked this morning by a report of a device on the line.
That alert ended around 12noon after officers conducted a search of the area and found nothing untoward.
