Second supplier award for Dennison

Dennison Commercials received a prestigious award at the annual Federation of Passenger Transport Northern Ireland (FPTNI) gala dinner and awards ceremony which took place recently at Galgorm Manor.

The Ballyclare-based company was awarded “Supplier of the Year 2014/15” for a second time.

operators by offering a comprehensive range of services, from advice, to parts, repairs, breakdown cover etc.

“The product reliability and exceptional service that this supplier provides to their customers sets a high industry standard and improves consistently year on year.”

This award is testament to the high levels of skill and commitment shown by the Dennison’s workforce, whose extensive network coverage includes depots in Ballyclare, Coleraine, Dungannon and Newry, which means that help is never far away for customers.

Danny Kennedy MLA, minister for Regional Development presented the award to John Jenkins, managing director of Dennison’s who was delighted to be collecting the award for the second time.

John commented: “It is a privilege to be awarded ‘Supplier of the Year’ by the members of the Federation. Achieving the title twice in the space of three years really demonstrates the dedication and commitment of our workforce to the passenger transport industry.

“Looking to the future, Dennison Commercials wants to build and develop the already strong relationship that they have with the FPTNI, to enable them to further support the passenger transport sector.”

FPTNI is the trade body promoting the use of public transport and represents the province’s leading bus and coach operators. Some 250 FPT members and guests attended the event which is the only one of its kind for the passenger transport industry in Northern Ireland.
