Secure your shed say local police
POLICE are reminding Portrush people to lock valuables away in sheds following a number of burlgaries in the Glenmanus Road area of the town.
While detectives have arrested one man in relation to these incidents, police are stressing the importance of locking away high value items such as bicycles, lawn mowers or expensive toys. Portrush Inspector Paul McCracken, adds: “Securing your shed is vital – burglars will take advantage of any opportunity to gain easy access”.
